Terms & Conditions

By scheduling service with Poop Masters, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring gates are unlocked and yards are accessible on scheduled service days. If we are unable to access the property due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions, the visit may still be billed.

Pet Safety
Dogs must be secured indoors during service unless otherwise arranged. This helps ensure the safety of both pets and our technicians.

Initial Cleanup
If excessive pet waste has accumulated prior to the start of service, an initial cleanup fee may apply.

Additional charges may apply if the yard condition requires significantly more time than a standard service visit.

Weather
Services may continue in light rain. In cases of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, service may be delayed and completed on the next available route day.

Payment
Payment is due according to the selected service plan and may be processed automatically through our secure payment system.

Property Conditions
While every effort is made to operate safely, Poop Masters is not responsible for damage caused by hidden hazards such as uncovered sprinkler heads, unstable fencing, sharp objects, or unsafe yard conditions.

Service Refusal
Poop Masters reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or if aggressive animals are present.
